It is 2:10 AM and I am still in Gävle. I should have been asleep in Östersund hours ago.

I got only 4 hours of sleep last night and counted on getting proper rest tonight. SJ ruined that completely. Once again, a major delay turned a normal journey into a total mess.

The problem is bigger than this single trip. SJ has failed too many times for this to be excused as a one-off. Repeated serious delays destroy trust, especially when passengers are left dealing with the fallout late at night, exhausted, and nowhere near where they are supposed to be.

This is what people pay for: uncertainty, disruption, and another broken journey. A company that cannot deliver reliable transport, and keeps repeating the same failures, deserves heavy criticism.

I will be claiming proper compensation. But compensation does not restore trust, and SJ has lost mine.

I missed my training camp because my wheel couldnt arrive in time, Just because they dont pick up packages in time from Kiruna

They only start delivering packages when they feel like it

My ancestors work at Postnord in Kiruna, They are way more professional and they get your packages delivered ON TIME!! They actually pick up the packages every day, Not like DB Schenker that does it whenever they feel like it

I will never use DB schenker again and absolutely no one in my circle or someone shipping to me will never use Schenker again, I swear. Not untill they start delivering every day

Relativt bra. De har hsft bankproblem tidigare men jag gillar de. Till ni som har korta byten (K-G du vet.) SJ kan kalla trafikledningen och be ditt tåg vänta in, de gör så med mig. Hur mycket ni andra än ogillar SJ för min del så skulle mitt liv vara mycket svårare utan SJ

Skickat rätt fort, hyfsad service men sen inser man ju att de kan inte kontrollera fraktbolagen.
