Process from start to finish was excellent

From looking around the van, booking, hiring, returning & damaging a wing mirror Bodans were absolutely fantastic. Communication was great, the information videos really helpful and even being able to store my car when we had the van was brilliant. I would definitely recommend them. Only thing I would recommend you do is bring your own bed topper for more comfort when you sleep.

Paid £99 to reserve a car. Spent 45 minutes reviewing the documents on a BMW to then be told someone else had put a deposit on it even though the guy on the phone said it was reserved for 72 hours. It either wasnt or was & they sold the car from under us. Maybe because the people that bought it wanted finance. Looked at another car, PX value offered was 50% below anyone elses offer after waiting almost 2 hours to find out what it was. Included Warranty fee, purchasing fee, Ceramic Coating, floor mats that were not asked for even after being declined. Never explained that warranty is also available for 1 year or not at all. Salesman then said he would speak to manager after i said the deal was awful & we came in for another car. Waited some more, but eventually left the showroom. Complained in writing, heard nothing for over 48 hours, have written again today.
Got us to the showroom under false pretences & still havent given me my £99 back!
Update 13/9/24. The trustpilot email address below doesnt work & V12 still have my £99. Absolutely appalling experience.

Appointment booked for 8am. Centre didnt open until 8.30am. Not sure how that happens? Made me late for my appointment.
