Great product but dreadful installation service. Dishwasher not fitted properly, leaked all over the kitchen floor. When the engineer visited to correct it he broke the waste on my kitchen sink. I was told I had to find my own plumber to repair the sink and send in a VAT registered invoice to AO for reimbursement. When I did this AO tried to wriggle out of paying the full amount. I would never use this company again.

Great delivery, on time and very polite. Quality bed, very pleased. Easy to put together mainly on my own with a little help from my teenage daughter to hold the pieces when required.
