New blue formula has caused gum irritation

I was disappointed with the new blue gel formula of rapid relief after using the old formula for years. We buy in bulk so have at least 6 tubes now to use.

But the big problem is a few weeks ago, my gums became very sore, and despite using a medicated mouthwash and bongela they aren't improving. The only recent change to my diet or habits is this new formula toothpaste.

I'm going to start using a different toothpaste to see if my gum irritation improves. I hope (and suspect) it will.

Excellent customer service

I haven't received my order yet (I only ordered it last night) so can't comment on the product. However, I realised after I'd made my purchase that I'd forgotten to use my discount code. I sent an email asking if it were possible to cancel my order so i could resubmit using the fode, but they've written back stating they'll refund me the difference.

After a similar recent experience with a different company where they refused to help, I thought this was excellent customer service. Well done.

Now just hope the product is just as good.

Excellent price, quick delivery, free installation

Purchased separate washer dryer from Marks Electrical after our old combi broke.

After researching the model we wanted and best offers/prices, I originally tried to purchase directly from AEG, however after reading the delivery terms, it said we would be contacted within 2 days to arrange a delivery date.

In contrast, ME were offering free next day delivery, at the weekend, when the order was after 4pm on Friday, and even free installation and removal of our old washer/dryer.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that we were given a 2 hour delivery slot (although Ts and Cs say you must be available all day) but an hour after the delivery slot has passed, the tracker was still listing the original time. It would have been useful to have an idea of a new delivery slot, as it was getting late we were concerned it may not be delivered that evening.

The delivery and installation itself was excellent though and did a wonderful job, the only reason I haven't given 5 start is because if a delivery tracker is offered, it would be helpful for it to actually be updated.

Not in English. Twin coding and art bundle

I ordered the twin coding and art bundle as a Christmas gift. When it arrived it wasn't in English as advertised but Turkish.

I contacted twin via messenger and they apologised and assured me they would send a replacement immediately and hoped it would be here in time for Christmas. Not only did it not arrive in time, but still hasn't been received and I've not even had a dispatch notice?

How incredibly disappointing.
