North Finchley Pure gym could be a bit…

North Finchley Pure gym could be a bit cleaner and better ventilated . Particular emphasis on male changing room and showers / toilets . The gym equipment is good. The staff is very friendly.

5 stars- fast and efficient

5 stars. Rented 3 times from Toprent ( linked to Admita ) during the last 3 months at Vilnius airport. Always very fast and efficient service (particularly impressed by their rep Diana) . Twice I got an upgrade, without even asking for it. Autumns are rainy and cars get dirty very easily in Lithuania : so the renting reps of the company were very understanding and said: just return your car with clean interior, don’t worry too much about the exterior. Very fast return. Extra free bonus: on driving out of the TopRent car park, you have to pass through 4K HD multicamera spot: so that hundreds of Hi Resolution photos are taken of the car , detecting all the existing defects . That gives your a total peace of mind. Will continue renting from them for my frequent visits to Lithuania.

"Wrong" & much cheaper bottles delivered...

"Wrong", much cheaper bottles delivered... £36 pm is way too much for the 3 bottles of wine "Beer-Wine 52" delivered to me.
Wrong bottles delivered in my last batch. I was surprised and dissappointed, soI went online, and checked the price of the "wrongly" delivered bottle: it is online for £ 5.69 from other online retailer. Not cool. When I called the cust serv and asked for a refund, none was given. Frankly, for £36 pm you can easily get 3 very decent bottles from your Waitrose/Sainsb/Aldi/Lidl ( take your pic).

We appreciate your feedback. Our prices reflect that we support our smaller breweries and vineyards, rather than larger productions. Our suppliers often have larger overheads when producing smaller batches of their beers and wines. Our products are of the highest quality and we offer many products that aren't available elsewhere. The price also includes the snacks, a magazine and completely free postage on every box so our prices reflect the overall price you pay. We are sorry our prices may not be within budget for everyone all of the time but we of course try our best to balance our cost and supply prices as best we can

VNO Vilnius GreenMo team: "can do" attitude

VNO, Vilnius Airport, Lithuania. Very efficient and quick. The front desk team was excellent, particularly Ms Greta who went an extra mile to solve my unexpected problems. She has shown a true "let's find a solution" attitude , together with her superiors. Employee of the Month, for sure. I have been renting from GreenMotion Vilnius for quite a while, and give them 5* without hesitation, mainly for a brilliant attitude of their multilingual staff.

Awful experience - won't touch this co ever

Awful experience. I will never book with them again. Booked a long - 30 day- car rental in July 2021. 2 days after the booking and payment - no firm confirmation. 3 days after the booking : cancelation message. Not even a proper apology. Zero stars.

Very professional and friendly staff at…

Very professional and friendly staff at the Luton Airport. PCR result emailed within 36 hours after test. Not the cheapest service, but deserves 5*. Particularly because of the friendly staff.
