Money grabbing company
No real thought for the customer. My daughter got hit by a car on the way to school a few weeks ago, she had to have her leg rebuilt with titanium. In Sun express’s t&c’s it clearly states seats at the front of the plane are made available for passengers with a disability. What they don’t tell you is that this isn’t the row of seats the can make more money out of first. It’s the rows a few levels back. What an absolute joke of a company. How can a company be allowed to disrespect public safety this way in this day and age.

The delivery team were rude and disrespectful. I asked them to be quiet as they were shouting at 7:15 and I had the family in bed, the continued to bang things about and shout. They all had muddy boots which made a complete mess of the carpet and they were unable to deliver to the point they should have been delivering to, which I had paid for. When I started to take the things to the rooms they should have taken them to, one of the team shouted saying where have you taken those parts, I said upstairs, and he said you need to bring them back down I need to photograph them as proof. I told him I would take the evidence or sign and I wasn't bringing them back down and he told me to fetch them now.

A good company doing things right
I have to say Jet2 are one of the decent ones as far as budget travel companies go! No stupid charges at the airport and staff to help at the check in/bag drop. I’d say this is the only issue but get the feeling this is driven by the airport themselves, the bag drop doesn’t make things easier, it just confuses things because it never works!

Great prices but there were missing items of the order, the drivers “check” the delivery but this is very rushed and they just want to get on to the next delivery, I get it they probably have a stupid amount to do but just make sure you check as it’s not easy to resolve with them back at the shop.

Decent company with fantastic prices, the only watch out for me is they ask you to check your order within 24 hours? That’s quite a challenge when you have pallets worth of stock. They do deliver when they say and it’s well communicated. Overall not too bad.

Ridiculously poor!
Avanti never cease to amaze me at how bad a company can be and we’re just expected to accept it. The trains are late a high % of the time that is of course if they’re not cancelled altogether. I have been on 4 services over the last 3 weeks to London, 3 out of the 4 the coffee machine is out of service and on only 1 occasion they offered an instant alternative which they charge the same as the “premium” coffee for? I’m not sure this service could get any worse!

Steer clear!
ID are ok when you don’t have a problem but when you do they really leave you in trouble. A 24 hour support service is what they advertise but that’s not true., 9 - 18:00 is when you get to “chat” to an operator who are useless. I’ve been without service for 3 days this week and 1 last week. I’ve had “chats” with 6 operators who all told me different things and refused to listen to what you’re saying. When it’s clear they have no clue they tell you to restart your phone because they know the chat will disconnect and then you’re not their problem anymore, I’m currently in talks with ofcom. In my opinion steer clear, they’re not worth the hassle!

Buying & selling properties can be super stressful, but I have to say over the years being a property developer we have never quite found a solicitor like Sharanjit. Her Communication was exceptional, she listened to what we needed , always finding a solution and along the way was always professional giving us the best advice.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL - NOT WHAT IT CLAIMS TO BE
Please be very careful with this company, they give you an inflated price that you feel would be acceptable and then once they get the device they claim it isn't at the standard you said. I tried to trade in my immaculate iPhone 13, they offered me £288. The phone was near perfect but they send an alarming message saying the phone is way below par. They tried to reduce my offer to £205. I have requested that the handset comes back to me, they say allow 1 to 2 working days, lets see how that goes. I feel a call to trading standards coming on.

Ryanair misleading customers and ripping people off BEWARE
Today we reached the airport having booked in advance and paid for seat selection to check in due to being unable to check in on the app. We were told to queue and the desk would help us. We queued for 40 minutes to be told that we needed to go to Swissports desk to check in. At Swissports desk we were told we had to check in 2 hours before (it was now 1 hour 55 minutes to the departure) which we would have made if the staff had made us aware we had to go to a different desk to actually check in. Inside 2 hours, which was Ryanair’s fault, you get charged £55 per person admin fee?! When I challenged this I was rudely shot down as though I was stupid (Swiss port staff by the way). I will be following up on this and needless to say I won’t be travelling with Ryan(ripoff)air again.

My wife recently got stranded due to a flooded road. The car broke down and Green Flag were contacted. They sent a patrol out who looked at the car and said it would need to be towed and went on to arrange this. After a little while with no contact my wife rang for an update to discover that the tow had been cancelled and intercepted by a call handler with no update given to my wife. Green Flag left my wife stranded with my 2 young children in the quietest of country lanes with no contact. When I challenged, they said, didn't you read the small print, the policies do not cover breakdowns involving water. VERY VERY POOR! A YOUNG FAMILY LEFT STRANDED!!!

I sold my car and tried to cancel my policy, the representative dealing with me was unhelpful due to lack of knowledge. When I challenged the person became agitated and defensive. The call ended with a promise of a call back from a manager, who was available to speak to the operative but not me, on 2 occasions.

Given the importance around the tragic happenings in Turkey, you think that they may have attempted to communicate in some way with people due to tarvel there and give options? Instead I had to chase and then was made to feel like I had asked a completely unreasonable question. Poor aftercare for online deliveries
First time I have used the online service and to say im disappointed in after service would be an understatement.
One of my items arrived damaged, I followed the link on my order email to arrange refund you have to call the contact centre. I have tried 3 times to speak to someone and all 3 times I have had to put the phone down as the call time were exceeding 1 hour..Today I have been waiting for 1 hour 8 minutes and have put the phone down once again as I'm at work and back from lunch.
I have called the head office to complain to be told that the process is to call the contact centre, same number and that the wait times are long !!!
No option to return and exchange in store, live chat, email....overall a very poor online service from such a big, well known brand. I certainly will not be shopping online with them again.
