The lack of communication is diabolical, there it system is dreadful, still don't know if my car is insured as I transferred to a new car. Waiting since 9th March was promised a phone call on 16th March absolutely ridiculous.

I have ordered an item from this company on January 20th and I was led to believe I would receive it in 4 to 8 working days.
I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions to try track and trace my parcel but they don't even have the decency to reply.
Wish I could just get my money back at this stage.
