faulty product and terrible customer service
After receiving a broken product in December I contacted lux immediately after about 6 messages they finally replied confirming my address to send a replacement. This never arrived after chasing about another 3-4 times they finally replied saying I couldn’t have a refund and still no resolution to the broke product
I asked tk escalate the matter numerous times to which my request was ignored
I would not recommend this company to anyway
Can’t comment on the product as it doesn’t work
