faulty product and terrible customer service

After receiving a broken product in December I contacted lux immediately after about 6 messages they finally replied confirming my address to send a replacement. This never arrived after chasing about another 3-4 times they finally replied saying I couldn’t have a refund and still no resolution to the broke product
I asked tk escalate the matter numerous times to which my request was ignored
I would not recommend this company to anyway
Can’t comment on the product as it doesn’t work

Very very poor

Very very poor
Had issues with poor service from day one cannot get hold of people to report and if I finally get cut off multiple times it’s a full nights job to contact virgin then won’t send an engineer out yet won’t let you cancel your contract until you’ve had 3 engineer visits
Awful the day my contract is up il be gone and never return
Also written in for complaint they tried tk call me back once while I was in a meeting at work left no number to call back them closed my case as unable to get hold of me and resolves

Order never received

I have paid for my order had an email to say it was in despatch then never heard anything else
Iv emailed in asking where my order is and not had a reply
So iv paid for a product and never received it with no correspondence
