Moving house is Stressful, but Caroline and Team certainly eased that

I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor Walton to anyone to act on your behalf in a house sale or purchase. We placed a deposit on a new build in September 2025, selling our house in Hitchin. However due to challenges further down our chain, the whole purchase nearly collapsed. Caroline, Grace and the team kept on top of this, pulling the whole process together and succeeding in getting this across the line in what was a very stressful situation. Her calm approach and sound advice was invaluable as we waded through this process for the first time in 30 years. Thank you Taylor Walton.

We sold our house in Hitchin through Connells


We sold our house in Hitchin through Connells. The viewings were well managed and secured us a good buyer. However Paul and the team really stepped up when there were problems further down the chain with one of the solicitors and another estate agent not communicating effectively causing confusion and almost led to the collapse of the whole chain. Thanks to Paul and Rosie’s diligence and tenacity, we were able to complete and move into our new dream home.

I joined Letchworth Gym having…

I joined Letchworth Gym having previously been a member at Marylebone and Hitchin. The App is very confused and while I have an email confirmation that I am a member of Letchworth it only shows me Hitchin classes!!

Good service

Good service. Called out through Home insurance emergency cover, when we came home to a leaking boiler. Unfortunately couldn’t come out same day but arrived reasonably early next day and sorted fault very quickly. Would have been 5 stars if they’d been able to respond quicker.
