SUCH A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Initial review: Terrible experience so far! I ordered an electric bike and a trailer which were supposed to get delivered in 5 days.
I didn't receive any updates for 6 days and the tracking number I initially got was wrong. When I tried contacting pure electric online I got a response the next day. By that time I called one of their stores and the staff checked the status of my order which apparently said "fulfilled"! I was so shocked and worried! The customer sevice eventually emailed me with the correct tracking info but this time ArrowXL said they have not received all parts from Pure Electric so they can't make delivery. I am still waiting to hear how can my order be "fulfilled" while they haven't sent everything to the courier! It's been 11 days and the bike was needed very urgently.
Bad customer service! Bad experience! Terrible update system! I don't think i will ever use Pure Electric again. 2 stars because I still have hope that they sort this issue but not more than that.
Update1: After responding to my comment here and then sending me an email to say they will check what is going on with the courier and get back to me, I waited for 2 whole days to log in myself on the courier's website and see that my "order has been cancelled" !!!!! What the hell!!!!!!??????? Not even an email let alone a phone call to let me know that this is happening. So far I don't even know if they have issued to repay my card or are resending the stuff. SUCH A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!
Update2: So after the whole fiasco with the cancellation it turned out that the courier company cancelled the delivery because they had been waiting for a 3rd part of the order. Of course, there was never a 3rd part but someone at Pure Electric had pressed the wrong button on the keyboard. After my review update and an email of total breakdown, I finally got someone to fix the problem and reorder the same ebike (different colour) nd hamax child trailer. As apology for all the issues I also got a helmet, which I love and really appreciate. Long story short, after some further delays (due to Bank Holiday I was told), I finally received my order - almost a month after the initial order date. Pretty happy with the products except that the ebike doesn't go down to the gears bellow 4 - because they aren't aligned. Thankfully, the staff at the Pure Electric store here in Edinburgh are extremely helpful.
Sooo final word - go buy stuff from their actual store and not online. Also dear Pure Electric, I understand it is easier and less costly to offer customer services only via email but it would have been so much nicer and less stressful to have been able to reach your customer services by phone.
