Useless and unable to contact a real person

Over the last 2 months Evri have failed to deliver. My parcels have either been left at the wrong house or been lost in their network. I now will not longer order goods from a company that uses Evri for delivery.

Temu use Evri, so dont expect the item to arrive

Ordered 2 items and Evri lost both of them. I will not purchase from Temu again unless they stop using Evri.

Fantastic customer service with market beating prices

I emailed Motolegends to see if they could better a very competitive price I found from another supply, as they had stated they would beat any price by 10%. I must confess I was not hopeful as there are usually lots of T&C's that normally are a blocker. Was I delighted to get a very prompt reply from Motolegends to honour their offer. My new jacket arrived the next day, very well packed, a delight to find such a customer focused company. I can't recommend these guys enough and will definitely be purchasing from them again. Fantastic customer service with market beating prices, what's more to want.

They really care about their customers

They really care about their customers, I asked if the Queen bees I needed could be sent earlier, they could not have been more caring and accommodating. Arrived as promised, very well packaged in a purpose made box, not in a cheap jiffy envelope like other companies. First class.

Their aftersales support is appalling

Their aftersales support is appalling. You raise a Service Request on the Victron system which is automatically forwarded to Callidus, and Callidus don't respond !! I would recommend you buy your Victron products elsewhere if you want Customer Service, not from Callidus.

I have just moved away from Fuse Energy…

I have just moved away from Fuse Energy as we have an EV and Fuse don't have an off-peak offer. I have moved reluctantly as the customer service has been outstanding. Should they improve their tariff options I would move back.

Best in class Customer Service

After 14 years of use one of the buttons on my Cyrus CD Transport started to stick. I phoned Cyrus to see if it was possible to purchase a new switch. Instead they offered to repair my unit free of charge. They arranged collection, repair and return. It was collected Monday and returned Wednesday. What an incredible Customer Service, I am now an even bigger Cyrus fan. I can't thank the Cyrus team enough. Great products with best in class customer service, just perfect.

Downloading zappi firmware

Although I had to wait on hold for about 10 mins., once I spoke to the support guy, Russell, in my case, he was helpful and explained what he thought my problem was and emailed me a set of instructions to follow. The instructions were not 100% accurate, but close enough for me to resolve the issue, where I needed to download and update my Zappi firmware. Overall a positive experience.

The experience was disappointing and I feel let down

The experience was disappointing, flowers did not arrive on day promised. I had an email stating the flowers would arrive on the 15th Feb. for my mothers 90th, as I had ordered. The next email I had, on the 16th, was that they would now be delivered on the 16th., no explanation (which is the day after my mothers birthday. I definitely wouldn't use Prestige Flowers again, and in no way would recommend them

Recently my Solar iBoost stopped…

Recently my Solar iBoost stopped functioning properly. I did lots of tests and finally concluded it was a fault within the main unit. So decided to contact Marlec to get their opinion. Well you can't talk to them, their contact number just tells you to fill in a service request form on their website. They took three days to email me back and simply repeated what I had told them, I appreciate the unit is outside of warranty, but I am still a customer and should be valued as such. So I am no nearer to a resolution. I emailed them back to ask if they do unit repairs or had any authorised repairers, did not even get a response. So I have replaced the unit with a Myenergi Eddi, even though it costs more, the Myenergi support department was superb in dealing with my questions before I purchased. I would never recommend a Marlec product again based on this poor customer support experience.
