Nil Customer support except "we will try" now 9 months with a broken vacumn. No support - No Spares. No confidence - Total Garbage.

Total Garbage, Very poor support, no after sale service, hard to contact. I have been waiting 3 months for a repair solution, being NOTHING.
STAY AWAY is my advice

Ordered - Confirmed order by email - no delivery - asked customer services - no reply - still no reply - still no reply - POOR POOR POOR. Order is still live on website as pending - so is the one from 2012. we will reply within 72 hours - REALLY?
