I had a few issues with next day delivery, not the company's fault but the courier. I must say that Helena, who dealt with the order from start until finish, was brilliant. I was looking for the Magma stainless steel nesting pans, and found them at a competitive price on Marinestore's website. I also wanted the complementary colander - a quick phone call to their sales desk revealed that they could get one for me and send both items together, despite it not being on their stock list. Very good communication and regular updates regarding shipping and expected delivery. Items securely packed and padded in a strong box, and I'm delighted with the pans' quality. I strongly recommend this company.

Above and beyond - I can't fault the service, great staff. Incredibly helpful in helping me source a rather tricky part.

In spite of the very mixed reviews, I bought a Guernsey sweater from this company. It arrived within 5 days and I'm happy to say that it is an excellent product. Could not be more satisfied.

I ordered International paint. They accepted my order and said it would be delivered within 5 working days. After 10 days, I'd received nothing and hadn't heard anything. I called them and they said it was out of stock and they weren't getting any more in! So why accept my order and why not tell me?! Now I've lost 10 days on my project.

Ordered the submariner sweater in navy and couldn’t be happier. Excellent communication and fast delivery. The jumper is well made, quite thick with a tight knit and the sizing dimensions on the website are spot on. Well worth the money and actually 20 quid off right now!

I ordered a Guernsey jumper that arrived within nine days in Germany - that is pretty fast because it has to pass the German customs office first. The jumper was as promised. Thanks a lot!

I ordered a product from this company, and then a delay of a few weeks followed. I then chased them up, and was told they had to "order" the item, and then I was sent a cheaper alternative to what I had ordered.

I have had two interactions with Marinestore over the past 6 months and have been extremely happy with the service on both occasions.

Any additional queries I have asked have been responded to promptly with very helpful advice and great customer service.

I purchased a barometer in March for which the contact at customer services kept me informed over expected delivery date as was not originally in stock at the time I made my order. The item for which we are very happy with arrived on time well packaged and looks great now up on the wall.

I had a more recent query regarding its ongoing accuracy, (this was down to my lack of understanding not the product). I sent the item back, appropriate advice was given and product returned to me free of charge back despite my error.

Every interaction I’ve had with Marinestore has been friendly and helpful.

I would thoroughly recommend.

Do not go near!!!! This company is a joke! I placed an order on the 10th of May....31st of May still nothing. I then called to be told they had none in stock. Well where is the customer communication!! Absolute joke of a company! Don't waste your time or money!!!

Don't waste your time. I wasted a week, no order acknowledgement after an online order, chased, Caroline didn't return my call or email me as she said. After my 3 calls said life jacket & throw line were not in stock, web site is misleading, some have extended dates others don't, but non of it is accurate.

Don't waste your time ordering from this useless company.. No order confirmation, no delivered product, nothing.

Excellent service provided here by Marinestore. Best online price by far and the Bravo pump came complete with all adapters, even the bayonet type for the Honwave that were an extra cost with other big online boating stores! Fast delivery, great communications (check your spam folder). Would not hesitate to recommend to others based on my experience. Thank you Marinestore!!

The cobb oven that I ordered was the cheapest price I found online, and was delivered in 48 hours. There was a part missing, which was the suppliers/manufacturers fault, but Marine Store sent it to me within 24 hours of my phone call, without any quibble. Really great customer service and prices - I would highly recommend them.

Ordered a Crewsaver buoyancy aid and though there wasn’t an ‘instant email’ to confirm order it did come after a couple of days. BA arrived couple of days later via Royal Mail and the product is fantastic. I also ordered some bits from a competitor and the online part seemed better (instant email) so was nervous about Marinestore and looking at Trust Pilot didn’t help!

Generally my experience was really good and the low score they have seems harsh - hence writing my review!

Ordered a Coleman rechargeable pump, received a completely different product. Called in no apology, customer service said they were aware of this mistake but sent me the inferior product anyway, obviously in the hope I would keep it.

Not the way to do business, now don't have what I need for my trip. Avoid. Let's hope there is no issues with my refund.

Ordered - Confirmed order by email - no delivery - asked customer services - no reply - still no reply - still no reply - POOR POOR POOR. Order is still live on website as pending - so is the one from 2012. we will reply within 72 hours - REALLY?
