Wonderful experience! This was our second scan at Window to the Womb, all the staff, on both occasions, were so friendly and professional and made us feel at ease as first time parents. Cannot recommend them enough, thank you ♥️

I was not in for delivery and so sent a message via the app to ask the driver to leave the package with a neighbour. This was ignored. In any event, the app says the driver will always try to deliver to a neighbour before taking to a local shop, but this wasn’t done as my neighbour was in and expecting the package. The package was delivered to a shop in an unsafe area. I would have liked the driver to follow my instructions or DPD’s policy and if not possible, re-deliver on another day.
