My husband and I commissioned Mitchell & Dickinson to install CozyGlazing in the front and side windows of our 1920s house as we did not want to compromise the beautiful original stained glass and leaded light windows (including a circular stained glass window in our front door) but needed to do something about the freezing cold temperatures in the front (north facing) of our house in the winter. We had quotes from other secondary glazing companies, who were only able to offer very inflexible and less than pretty options to solve the problem. Mitchell & Dickinson refurbished and draught-proofed our windows, before installing CozyGlazing.
The wonderful Dom was just amazing - a real craftsman with a genuine desire to make sure that the finished result was as good as it possibly could be. He was always helpful and considerate - disrupting our lives as little as possible (we had additional challenges in that the work was being done in January while we had temperatures well below zero and our central heating broke down during the process, so not the best time to be having windows removed to repair and draught-proof them!). In short, he was a pleasure to have around and made the whole process as easy as it possibly could have been.
Now that the work is complete, we are delighted with the result. The front rooms of our house are notably warmer and the severe condensation that we used to see every morning on cold days has decreased markedly. What's more, the CozyGlazing is very discreet, invisible from the outside and almost unnoticable on the inside.
Our only negative about the whole experience, was (as others have said) the length of time between paying the deposit and work actually starting and the rather confused communication between ourselves and head office when trying to get the final quotation for the work.
But all in all, we are absolutely delighted with the end result and will definitely recommend the company to others.

I ordered a product from Creative Glass yesterday, needing it today and they delivered - literally and metaphorically. What more can I say. Excellent service. Would recommend. Thank you so much.

This review is based not on just one experience but on the last six parcels that Evri were supposed to deliver to me. Of these, only one arrived in an acceptable and timely (as indicated by the tracking) fashion. Of the other five one was supposedly unable to be delivered because no one was in (there were 4 people and a dog in the house all day and no courier rang the doorbell), two were delayed and finally arrived a day or more later than had been promised on the tracking, one (for which I had had received notice of successful delivery) I discovered had been lobbed over our side gate (fortunately it was not breakable and was well wrapped as it had been raining) and one did not arrive at all, depite the face that it had apparently been "successfully delivered" to my address! In this final instance, after embarking on a prolonged and useless complaints procedure with Evri (mainly via a chat bot), I was advised that I would have to contact the company from whom I had bought the item to get them to send a replacement. If I could, I would avoid purchasing online from any retailer who uses this courier, but sadly they seem to be used by by many of the big companies from whom I want to buy goods and it is often not obvious who the courier will be when you place an order. I have no idea how this company is still in business. They are completely useless.

For me, the true measure of a company's performance is not how they do when everything goes smoothly, but how they deal with a problem. After having overcome the challenges of getting us the bin we wanted at a time when most companies were unable to fulfil orders because of a problem with the distributor, we then had a further issue in that one of the runners for the bin was faulty. Jane at Binopolis was on it straight away and ensured that we got a replacement as quickly as possible and we now have a fully functioning bin with which we are delighted. Exceptional communication and all round customer service. What more can I say - we were very impressed and would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others....in fact we already have. Thank you Binopolis!

Dealing with Appliance City has been the least stressful part of our whole Kitchen refurbishment. Getting a quote for multiple appliances was simple, efficient and competitive, the company were happy to keep my appliances for up to 6 weeks (and were actually even more flexible when it came to delivery) and the delivery was extremely efficient (with on the day tracking, so that I knew how long it was likely to be before the items were delivered and didn't have to wait in all day. The delivery men were very polite, friendly and helpful and explained that we had two working days to check the appliances for external damage and who to contact in case of any issue. All in all a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Appliance City.

Items were delivered faster than expected and look great. Easy to assemble. Bought them with 20% discount in the New Year sale so even better. Not really the weather to use them yet (it's 1 degree outside) but we are very much looking forward to using them in the summer.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM. The site looks very real and I thought I was ordering Clarks Sandals in the sale from the genuine company ( I had googled Clarks sandals) It wasn't until I got to the order confirmation page that I got suspicious, by which time it was too late and my payment had gone through. Today (3 weeks later) I received a very small package from China with a pair of very cheap fake Oakley sunglasses in it...nothing like the three pairs of Clarks sandals I had ordered! The moral of the story is If the deal looks too good to be true, it probably is!
