They appear to welcome reviews, even offering the chance to win a £50 voucher if you review is chosen. Unfortunately they then censor honest real life experience of purchasing glass. If customer service/ or customer satisfaction was a priority, the very least they would have done after collecting the review (and then squashing its contents), was reach out to obtain further Information.The reality that only positive reviews pass their “censorship” has sullied a hitherto very positive experience.

This was a 2 day Masterclass last week on 11th &12th Sept 25 with Jenn from Morton Glass Works who'd flown in from Arizona USA to teach us. Jenn was a patient, knowledgeable & thorough teacher as well as a lovely person, walking us through how to use the Morton Glass Cutting system & inspiring us to create some fabulous geometric patterned fused glass. CGG provided all materials (fab range of colours of opaque & transparent Oceanside COE96 glass, very generous) & tools, fired & slumped (if required) our finished projects and then posted them on to us at home (packaging as always was top notch and DPD delivered next day - great service!). CGG provided us with lunch each day and refreshments throught the day. All the CGG staff we met were approachable, knowledgeable & helpful, special shout out for Helen K, EJ and the young lady (whose name I have forgotten, sorry) but she has only recently started working for them. Great group of 8 'glass' mates from very varied backgrounds from hobbyist novice (me) to those who make their living from making/selling their glass via internet/commissioned work. Thoroughly enjoyable experience, thank you!

Just felt I had to say a big thank you to CGG for their amazing service. I ordered at 1.15pm on Tuesday and received my order at 11am on Wednesday. Super quick, really well packed and free delivery!
I have ordered glass online from several suppliers, but what you see is not always what you get. What I received was true to the website photos, and exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks again … I’ll be back!

I placed an order for a 1/4 inch drill bit for my grinder, & glass during the Llawrtyd Stained Glass group at 11.00ish yesterday. I was going out today (Thursday) 11.30 the CCG box was there on my doorstep. I paid for ordinary delivery but what I received was super fast, next day delivery. Thank you CCG excellent products as always and fantastic delivery.

I ordered a new grinder yesterday so not a small parcel. I was told it should arrive up to 2 days later, but it arrived today almost exactly 24 hrs later and a free delivery. Very impressed.

I placed an order with CGG after lunchtime on Monday and the parcel was received before 3pm the next day and it was free delivery. I wish they sold Glassline as I would order from here rather than Warm Glass - with their shockingly slow turnaround and cost of postage.

What can I say ordered items on Wednesday night receive this morning 30th May 2025, the 10 glass pack is good quality and looking forward to using it also bought 3 other items, the website is easy to navigate and there is a abundance of different glass and colours. Everything was well packed and no breakages, will I use them again I definitely will do

Ordered Square Typhoon slump mould on Tuesday 4th Feb, it was delivered (free) less than 24 hours later, very well packaged and in great condition.

This is an excellent company. They dispatch items amazingly fast and are very helpful. Free delivery with orders over £40 which includes tracking. Everything is well packaged and reasonably priced. Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic company! I placed an order on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday morning!!!! Prices and selection of glass is also excellent and I highly recommend the new Luna range . All in all superb !!!

I cannot praise nor thank creative glass guild enough. Their customer service is just outstanding. I placed an order in Sunday evening and realised I had missed something off, I emailed them and first thing Monday morning I received an email from Emma Jane who was so helpful in changing my order. Delivery was made on Tuesday! Unbelievable. This is not the first time I have received outstanding customer service, it is every time. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Their communication is excellent and they cannot be faulted in any way.

Very very impressed! I placed an online order at 2pm and within an hour it was ready for despatch, with DPD by 4pm, and delivered to me in Norfolk (all the way from Bristol) at 1.40pm the NEXT day! This is incredible service - well done to Creative Glass Guild and DPD.

As a professional glass artist, Creative Glass Guild is my go to supplier of stained glass supplies. They are reasonably priced, quick delivery, helpful and friendly, free delivery if you spend a certain amount, and they are great for sharing on their social media. If you are a Folksy Plus seller you also get the bonus of a 10 percent discount. I use them almost exclusively for my work.
