It's just terrible

It's just terrible, the delivered me a leaking and broken pool first, so I had to reorder.

Now it's been 3 month and the second one is leaking as well. It's not holding the temperature either.

It's a toy for 5$ from aliexpress, not a tool for anything serious that would cost 100$

Tok pengene mine som gissel.

Jeg hadde helt forferdelig erfaring med Lunar. Plutselig spurte de meg å sende dokumentasjon om alle transaksjonene på kontoer jeg bruke å sende penger fra og til Lunar i 4 måneder. Da jeg prøvde å forstå hvorfor de trenger disse dokumentene de startet bare bullshiting meg med "det er for kundekjennskap", "det er for åpenhet" og da ble de slemme, og eventuelt sa "vi ber om hva vi kan be om" og at "vi har mange mennesker vi spører om dokumenter, vi kan ikke begrunne alle ganger". Jeg sa at jeg trenger begrunning for det er brudd på privatlivet mitt og da, stengte de kontoen min.

Da sa jeg at jeg vil lukke kontoen min og overføre penger, og de svarte at det er mulig kun om jeg sender dokumentasjonene først. Som var ulovlig og løy.

Trengte å vise dem deres egen vilkår for å bevise at det er tull og true å presse dem med rettsak for å få pengene mine ut.

Josef som snakket med meg hele prosessen var slem og absolutt uprofesjonelt.

Det er ikke ok å true kundene sine og gå med power moves som "vi gjør hva vi kan gjøre og du skal adlyde".

Anbefales absolutt ikke. Bruk Revolut.

Stole my money

They suddenly increased my subscription from 400 Nok to 700 nok, and when I wrote to them they said that they had notified me before about the subscription change, which they didn't.

This is outrageous. I never saw or accepted that I'm going to be transferred to the new more expensive subscription.

And I wrote 4 emails to their support to which they replied with some non relevant information to my case as if they were not reading my email at all.

Awful company, 0 respect to their customers, stay clear
