Went on website and put exact model number in. Ordered the thermocouple that came up and it’s the wrong one when I stripped oven to fit it ! 35 years experience so definitely doesn’t fit ! Only took the job because of an old lady customer whose oven doesn’t work. Sent a message on the site enquiring about returning the part and refund etc but not even got a reply ! Won’t bother next time.

Visited Sofology at red brick mill Batley today. We’d actually ordered a sofa from a different store yesterday but was unsure on the colour choice . Ash was amazing ! He even got out a paint sample book with the colour of the walls in our lounge so we could compare ! Just from the wife mentioning the name of the colour. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he changed our requirements on the order. Would highly recommend a visit there if thinking of a new sofa.

Absolutely brilliant customer services. Had a small issue with a stitch fault on a sofa bolster cushion. Contacted (Meg). Rapid response to email and had already spoke to manufacturer. One day later and a replacement cover on its way. 5 star and couldn’t as for any more.
