I registered with the Simple app as a trial for one week. I couldn’t commit for intermittent fasting so I decided to not renew the subscription but I got some family issue and my friend dead I was so sad and I forgot to cancel the subscription, and I noticed this when they withdrew the payment for subscription, I checked the refund conditions and it looks like they will not refund me but I contacted the customer service and I explained my situation, they understood and they were cooperative and refunded me.
I really appreciate their behaviour and their cooperation. Thank you so much.

Hi, don't trust

Hi
Please, don't trust this company. I bought a trademill and till now after 7 weeks, I didn't receive it. When I tried to contact them they are not answering. When I checked to follow by order number it will take me to blank page. Please, no body trust them. I lost the money.
