As someone who HUGELY struggles falling asleep due to outside noise, this product has been a game changer. Noise is blocked out, they are comfortable to wear and sleep has been coming a lot quicker than normal. Will be recommending these to anyone who finds sleep challenging.

I couldn’t recommend more - i initially signed up for the distance option, but when I had the opportunity and time it was so easy to upgrade to virtual and the team were so helpful.
Running the course, Ben was amazing - so much knowledge and skills shared! Will be retuning for CPD in the future!
