Poor checkin procedure with staff appearing to be unaware of the correct procedure. They were also chatting to friends, rather than concentrating on customers.
The assistant had to get her manager involved as she kept indicating she was out of sequence, rather worrying that test result may have been mixed up.
Should use email communication to keep customers informed on test progress.
