My employer is paying my salary from that bank but for the month of may and june they haven't paid me, they say the transaction was successful and sent me the confirmation but my bank says they didn't get any money, they stole my money, frauds!!!!
It's not a purchase it's a trasnfer made from the company i work for that never reached my bank
This is supposed to be the confirmation number that you're asking for in the reply

Terrible customer service, just terrible i have been on hold for 1 hour and they don't pick up, they're probably drinking coffee and gossiping instead of working.
