Thank you so much to Paul! He went above and beyond again. Helped sort out a little issue we had with lights and nothing was a bother! Also like to thank Ray for letting me batter his head in over multiple messages and sorting out an amazing finance deal! Definitely recommend this duo to anyone who is in search of an amazing caravan!

Terrible signage!

Signage at hospital states pay on exit however when you go to pay it only gives option to pay from the time you go onto app. This has caused a lot of hassle for something as simple as paying a parking ticket..

Hi Annie, Sorry for the confusion but the advice to pay via app on exit it absolutely correct. You simply enter the number of minutes/hours to cover your duration and the parking operator is interested in the value of your payment being sufficient for that stay (not the time, which cannot be adjusted).

Bought online and when came to view in person didnt suit our family needs. Paul went out if his way to help find a suitable caravan and nothing was too much trouble.
