Fuming is an understatement. Order dress . Asked for address to return 4 times dress is a lot long than in picture. Was asked to get a tailor to get it shortened Customers service is awful will not ever order from you again and I will definitely not recommend you. Wished I'd of looked at reviews before ordering.

I purchased a hotpoint condenser tumble dryer . Had it 13 months. Pouring with smoke opened the door to see flames inside. Luckily I was still in my utility. Model number
TCFS83BGG9 UK. Numerous phone calls taking approximately 45 to get to speak to some. Wasn't told the same model was no longer available. So when delivery of replacement came I returned it. That was model number H3D81GS Another call to hotpoint. As wasn't told this at time the same model wasn't available. 3rd tumble dryer model numberH3D81GS. Arrives switched it on to awful noise. Phone for repair to brand new dryer. Told it was faulty. 4th tumble dryer idrl number H3D81GS delivered after a month. Delivery men unpack it. I tried it before they go. Making the same noises as the one being returned. Fuming is an understatement. Got to get replaced. So that my experience with hotpoint. Never will buy anything from you again service is crap quick enough to get your money but can't provide the goods. Absolutely shocking. I'm going expose my experience and want compensation aswell .
