Contacted AA after my car was vandalised and they responded very quickly. A member of staff from AA talked me through the whole process. It was good to be able to speak directly to an actual person. My damaged car was recovered and I was provided with a curtesy car within 2 days. The whole process went smoothly without any stress

Following my first review, I would now give this company 5 stars for their quick response to my complaint. They have offered to resend the bouquet I ordered and, in so doing, have demonstrated that they do care about their customers. Thank you Fleur de Luxe for understanding.

Very disappointed and will not use this company again. Tried emailing them but message came back as undeliverable. These were meant to be for someone who is going through a tough time at the moment. Flowers were delivered on time but did not in any way resemble the description on their website. Not 13 stems as stated - only 9. Missing spray of roses, Alstroemeria x2, etc. Flowers were tired and looked more like a bunch from a petrol garage. Wish I had read reviews before using this company
