Absolutely love Lashify, everyone is so helpful and thorough. The products, service and staff are all amazing and I highly recommend the brand to everyone.

Shocking service (or lack of) was expecting 2 parcels on Friday, the driver wasn’t even at my address and said I wasn’t in - I was as I’d waited in all day and didn’t see one DPD van down my road, the photo he took confirm he wasn’t anywhere near my address. I then called the number and they had someone from the Dartford office ring and she assured me the driver would come back after his rounds with both parcels. By 530pm he hadn’t come back so I called again but everyone in the office had gone the man there could arrange for one to come Saturday but somehow not the other but said to call first thing Saturday and and speak to the Dartford office to see if they’ll put it on the same run as the first parcel. I called at 8am Saturday as I was told and was informed the office didn’t open till 830 so to call back again, I did this but the person on this call said they couldn’t do that nor could she speak to Dartford, so she arranged for it to come Sunday - the slot said 8-12 but by 1130 I still hadn’t had a time slot text so I called them AGAIN I was told to wait to see if it turns up!?!? At this point I requested a manager call me - they didn’t!
So today the app now says it should come today but there’s problems in my area so it might not ?!? So I called them, this is now my 6th phone call with them, to be told I have to wait till 11am and “see” if I get a time slot text, I again requested a manager calls me I’ve been told one will call within 2hours - I’m not holding my breath.

Meanwhile my 8 year old has been in tears waiting thinking it was coming Friday, then Sunday and now we’re not even sure if it’s coming today. He has ADHD so waiting and patience is not one of his strong points and I’m losing the will to live.

They’re useless!

Great instructors, brilliant with the kids and really helpful with queries too. Highly recommend.
