BEWARE. Products arrived on time and were fine but I also very soon after had an attempt at fraudulent activity on my card and this was the only untrusted company I'd recently used so they had clearly sold details on.

Review of Churnet Valley Railway (1992) PLC
Took my two girls (four and two) and they loved it! The waiting area was kept reasonably warm and staff kept coming through to dance with the kids and keep them entertained while we waited, which they enjoyed.
The train itself was clean and warm and, again, the staff were very enthusiastic and kept everyone entertained.
Santa was attentive and took time with each child then came back for photos.
Made some brilliant memories and will be trying to get tickets again next year.

Great service and prices overall.
My only gripe is when I try to buy something via my phone browser and it requires me to authorise it in my bank app, the second you switch between screens to authorise then go back to the browser it requires form resubmission which cancels the transaction and takes you back to the basket to start again. Lather, rinse, repeat. Means you need to use a laptop to order anything.
Perhaps a phone app for ShopTo would solve this?

These days, the majority of orders placed on our site, are placed via mobile devices, perhaps your device/browser is set up so that it clears and or refreshes when you switch from one screen to another ?
We would suggest checking your browser settings and or trying an alternate browser, some browsers allow you to see/copy your authorization code, without leaving your browser screen, so perhaps that option is available, so you don't have to navigate away from your in progress transaction
