Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. My friend placed a pre-order for a Sony headphone on 12/05/22, but has yet to get it. I contacted customer support to inquire about it. On the first occasion, on May 25, the guy said, "Yes, we have problems with your order, I will send you another email, and the headphones will be sent to your address on Monday," but nothing happened after that. Then, on 30/5/22, I called them again, and another guy told me that the order was still having issues, but that he could place a new order for me with a new order number and email confirmation. The headphones should arrive the next day. And it still not deliveryl. Then I called again, and the guy said yeah, you'll get an email from DHL today, and the headphones will arrive tomorrow. I've been contacting this company like an idiot and still haven't received the headphone!!!
