I wasn’t sure on which item to choose…

I wasn’t sure on which item to choose from. So I read all items and decided on the star. I could appreciate all the hard work and quality materials which are used in this item, which does reflect the price. Item arrived super quick, fab customer service which responded to me as soon as I bought the item and I chose the wrong colour. Very happy and look forward to any new products

Purchased wild refillable deodorant

Purchased wild refillable deodorant, strangely this arrived very quick in comparison to when I ordered the mini sticks.
However, deodorant smells lovely. Admittedly it isn’t strong.
I don’t feel as protected as a spray, feel bit on edge that I’m going to feel sweaty pits. I won’t give up on wild yet and happy to perceiver.

Sunita was very patient with me, allowed me to go back and forth speaking to friends to arrange travel. I can't thank her enough for her good customer service and finding me the right deal.

Would NOT recommend

I found this website and Made an order on 27th march, website stated NEXT DAY delivery if I order within 2 hours. So of course I did. Same day I recieved an email mentioning if I had ordered a PRE ORDER I won't recieve the item until first week in April.

At first, I wasn't fussed as mine wasn't stated pre order when ordering.
I went back onto the website and the item was now on "pre order". But as the emailed stated pre order is delivered first week in April I just waited.

First week in April came... I heard nothing I contacted screen with envy to be palmed off with the item is not available till end of may- early June.
Annoying but I wanted the item.
Early June came, still no correspondence.

Early june- I emailed, no reply.
I emailed again- No reply.

Contacted this company on facebook- I then got told the item isn't available until July.

So this would mean- 3 months after purchase, I still had not recieved my item.

On 7th June i asked for refund. I was told my items is cancelled and I would be refunded within 3- 7 working days.

14th June- 7 working days went by- no refund.

I Facebook messaged again to ask where my refund is- was told it would be chased.
No update.

15th June- Had to message AGAIN- to then be told they are going to ask the team to refund me..

So they lied saying they had cancelled the order and refunded me.

So not only was I constantly palmed off with my item delivery date never happening, I was lied to that my refund had been processed.

I asked why had they lied to me, they felt they hadn't lied.. I'm not sure what they thought they had done. But was told they are really short staffed; but also extremely busy.
I'm not sure what with as they don't seem to have stock and certainly are not too busy updating their customers.
Seems like once you have parted with your money you are no longer an interest to them.

Their items on website are lovely, but customer service is a shambles.

Gutted I never recieved my item; but I have no faith or trust in the company. If they had the decency to update me on my order it may still be placed. But I felt they were clinging on to my money for as long as they possibly could.

Scam often sprung to mind.
