Great staff poor products
Great staff, quick to acquire stock when required.
Unfortunately constant issues with all FD30 fire doors with poor ply faces, along with recent issues with lippings. We've also had one recent kitchen door with loose laminate, not even bonded.
Come on Howdens you're letting down long term customers and loyal Great staff with sub standard products at inflated prices.

We attempted to call, but were unable to speak with you and left a voicemail. We have also followed up with an email.
When checking the systems, we don’t seem to have received any communications so please forgive us if you’ve been waiting for a response. Your order was dispatched on the 3rd September the same day it was received. According to the tracking, delivery was attempted, and currently states the Royal Mail are awaiting further delivery instructions from you.
If you’d be so kind as to update your delivery instructions, the Royal Mail should attempt redelivery.

When DPD attempted the delivery, they discovered that you had put a mixture of two address on the delivery address and that the postcode did not match the road address and that there was also no house number on the delivery address.
