Sounds like you have contacted someone else accidentally. Our website does have contact details (they can also be found on the product box, as well as in the instruction manual), and we do not have any engineers employed at our company at all.

I have been with you for two years and have always found those I spoke with to be polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I changed to another insurance company (they were £200 lower than your quote) the attitude of your staff remained the same

Equipment is plentiful and excellent…

Equipment is plentiful and excellent but the showers and changing room are dreadful. Staff told me they were to be upgraded but if it doesn't happen soon I'll change gyms before I catch the plague

Equipment first class and friendly…

Equipment first class and friendly helpful staff, however the lockers in the changing room could be compared to badly made sardine tins, on many the catches don't work. The showers are verging on a health risk, I reluctantly use them but I would risk my dogs health by putting her in one. Mildew and mould abound.

Could do better

Good and plentiful machines and helpful staff but the changing room lockers are too small and many are insecure as the locks don't work. The showers are smelly and decorated with mould and mildew.

Kit and staff first class but showers…

Kit and staff first class but showers show have plenty of mildew and mould lockers in changing room ancient and tatty and many of the locks don't work

I had booked a plumber via Rightio for…

I had booked a plumber via Rightio for the 3 Oct 23. The plumber called me about 5pm on the 2nd to ask if he come at 6pm that evening, I agreed. When had not arrived by 7pm I called them and was told that he was on his way, he arrived at 7.30pm and told me that he could not to the job then but would come back later in the week; he was in my house about 10 minutes. Next day I received an email thanking me for my payment of £170 142 + Vat. When I challenged this 'theft' I was informed that they charged £142 an hour or part hour. So this cowboy plumber who came to my home knew he could not do the and it would be an easy £142. They bloody thieves

Good value

Best value for money in any of the many gyms that I have been a member of. The staff are helpful and friendly, plenty of free weights and excellent machines. However, the changing rooms and showers are tatty in the former and unhygienic in the latter.
