From the moment I walked in

From the moment I walked in, I was nervous. Not knowing much about the gym and thinking I just wasn’t built for the gym. I thought I would try a PT and I went with Sebastian (short.sharp). Well my whole outlook changed and I love the gym now. He really made me feel comfortable and welcome from the start. Not only learning me about the gym and how to use equipment, he also has helped me with advice on foods and he has a great outlook on life which really rubs off on you. I highly recommend him and he has made me feel confident again. Thank you, Sebastian xx

Been with this company over 1-1/2 years. Paid my monthly instalments when agreed. My car then had to be put off the road due to it being old. This was on the 10th which was my Instalment date, as I had a new car. I Intended to change details which I did and was speaking to customer service who charged me £117 and said that all was done and had insured my new car. Just to receive an email today saying my policy was being cancelled. Then to be told that the £117 was only the charge to change the details and I was in arrears of £106. Absolutely no idea and was not told this by customer service. Appalling and no empathy for the situation I was faced with due to misleading conversation with one of the customer service team.
