absolutely rubbish company. they showed me a hotel cost during booking and charged me a different amount later.
Called 5 times over the last 2 days and I was promised a call back every time over those calls.
Finally I received a call after the 6th time, the person who called yesterday had the audacity to explain that hotel prices changed in 1 minute from when I took the screenshot to when I completed booking.
The whole business of Easemytrip is to be a middle party and provide hotels / flights / trains etc. at the price that it shows the customer.
I am starting to think of Easemytrip as a fraud company which does not return emails or calls at all.
This is completely unacceptable from a company which prides itself for its international presence and yet it cannot solve such a simple issue where Easemytrip is clearly at fault. I received a response to my review here asking me to share details of bybooking and contact number. I did that - but no one called me as expected.
