SHOCKING!

SHOCKING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Kiwi.com have informed us that they have accepted a change to our flights with Ai Asia from KUL to Langkawi Which takes off before we've even arrived in the Country!! They are offering us £8 discount voucher off our next flight booked with them and refusing us the £97.00 refund we payed for the flight as they are keeping it as compensation for themselves!!! not even an offer of an alternative later flight! There is no communication and will have you running in circles. It's a crime i've had to rate them with one star but sadly there was no option. Shameful scammers :(((

After briefly checking your reservation, we can see that you had requested a booking for Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi for 24th April 2023, we broker the service with the carrier and sent you the confirmation.

To begin with, your flight was rescheduled by the carrier due to operational reasons, and we notified you via email. Please understand that these changes are initiated by the carrier, and we do not have control over their decision. We would like to inform you that if the changes made by the airline is less than 24 hours and not connecting flight as per our policy, the changes were considered minor schedule change and not major schedule change. Hence, when you want to do any changes or cancelation then it is considered voluntary and changes are done as per the ticket fare which you opt for at the time of booking. As you have a saver ticket fare you were informed for flight change you will get a 10 EUR discount.

Kiwi.com does offer three types of fares at the time of booking that are saver, standard, and flexi fares. The saver fare is the cheapest fare where no flexibility is offered. Whereas the standard fare and flexi fare are the most expensive fares, allowing passengers to change a flight once and only to pay the difference in the price if any. Moreover, passengers are already made aware of the flight change policy and refund amount at the time of booking. Really enjoying my time at pure gym

I'm really enjoying my time at pure Gym, I'm a lady in her 60's but don't feel discriminated or awkward amongst others a lot fitter and younger, everyone just gets on to do their own thing. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Two things which aren t so good is that the classes get booked so quick and being my age there are only two that I can do and often find I'm on a waiting list due to the members with a fornightly booking system. Also there is never enough antibacterial lotion or blue paper so the equipment and mats are not clean down as often as they should be by users. But Really enjoying getting fit and losing a bit of weight at my own pace with help at hand when I need it. Staff are lovely.
