Hi Lourdes - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
