Spot on and a fast service

I had a delivery from a chap called Reece
I was in a hurry emergency call from work car sat on drive engine running
Garage door wide open Reece refused to give me my parcel as an open garage door for picture isn't enough. I was in my work clothes. This would of mean t undressing to walk through house just to open front door which is right next to garage door. He then said I'm putting parcel back on van. I snatched it from him as it's mine I've paid for it and the postage. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered and all your staff require a brief on common sense aspects.
He then told me I can't have it even whilst holding my parcel that I've paid for. I gave him one more chance to take his picture of me stood in an open garage door. Might I add we don't use our front door currently as the lock also requires work. Sort your rules out and discuss commons sense aspects with drivers.
Ridiculous experience that I had to resort to snatching my own parcel from the clutches of Reece. Get it sorted DPD

Firstly price is awesome compared to local suppliers. Over £100 less pers sheet. 8x that's significant sum.
Quality is spot on I can't fault product.
