Their credit card app NEVER works. They close all their physical locations and you can’t even log into your account on the browser. Yet imagine how they act when people don’t pay their balance on time.
My ios is up to date. My app is up to date. I’ve tried reinstalling. The only app on my phone that doesn’t load.

I wanted to purchase some items from Next so I made an account. There was no option to pay other than “pay in 3”. It said a soft search would be conducted. I was called by someone and they did a hard search on my credit file and said I was not eligible then asked if I would like to pay.
I said no and that I would put some of the stuff in my basket and pay online. I had second thoughts on some items and did not want to give my card details over the phone.
However, there was still no option to pay in full at checkout, only to pay in 3. I have emailed them to delete my account.
Useless deceptive company, if you look online they have been doing this for over a decade.

No way to contact them after an incorrectly delivered parcel. They force you to download their app and make an account and there is still no way to contact them.

Poor UI on their app and website. A lot of time my package is split into two even if it’s only three items. Never had an issue with customer service and never had to return anything.

When on the phone to a representative, I specifically asked if my contract will increase. The woman told me no. It increased around 2 months into my contract. EE said they do not have the phone recording and there’s nothing they can do about it. I have tried to set up another compliant and they closed it without giving an explanation. I also cannot view my bill online and they will not fix the issue.
EDIT:
Their automated messaging is saying to contact them. I clearly mentioned in my review I did that and they closed my case. It should tell you how much of a joke their service is.

They rescheduled my Thursday appointment to Saturday because it was double booked. I came today (Saturday) but they are short staffed and one room is not available so they said they can't do my appointment today. Please do not waste your time booking with this place as they do not offer refunds. They claimed they tried to contact me by phone but I had no missed calls, no voice mail, nothing. They never attempted to contact me by email either to say my appointment was cancelled. Shameless company.
