Not as beautiful as before you sign your contract unfortunately. Quiet complicated with over the phone payments. Customer service sort of disappeared after set up. Its just okay but wouldn't probably re sign

Absolutely devastated from the response of nisbets. I expected from Adexa but not nisbets. I sent my induction for repair ( within the warranty) and few weeks later they turned around to quot me for a broken glass caused by their courier. The item was in the original packaging however possibly not strong enough to be through around the base. Not a ashamed for a sec trying to quote me for their own damage. Closing my account for good and ordering elsewhere.

After liaising with our Service Department, I have been advised that the damage was caused by insufficient internal packaging. However, I can confirm that the item is being repaired under warranty. Bunch of thieves. Unwilling signed me to 4 a year agreement . Anyway worst service you can get, unauthorised transaction payments , un helpful. Id rather pay double in fees than go with Paytek. He repeatedly said I can move on with a different company but kept changing his words. Avoid at all costs especially if the agent rep is Mehboob. There is genuine companies out there. Mehboob needs really investigating for misleading, gangster attitude.
This company is by far the worst you can advertise on . Do not waste your money. I left a review a few months ago and it got deleted by the team . Unexplained charges , un committed charges , fraud. Shocking how they still operate. Legal action will be your way. They keep removing the feedbacks, showing their true hidden colours but I will not rest re posting.

This company is an absolute thief. They over charged me by more than 1.5k ove the year for a card machine that I closed the contract and sent it back to them. They however acknowledge that they over charged but yet to receive a refund. Over 2 months and every time I call they say waiting management approval. It should be done within 2 hours. I have taken all their services down amd will do for the remaining bussinesss. Avoid them at all costs.

Disgusting doctor at the Reading branch. The so called doctor Patel, and absolute disgrace. Rather than examin you fully he just asks to fill a form and gives his verdict on assumption following a severe accident. Rude and legal actions are on the way.
Really pleased to work with Iwoca. Superb customer service . Iwoca gives you the opportunity to maintain your cash flow with flexible interest free or low interest payment . Will definitely use them in the future.
Please avoid them at all costs. I'm taking them to court for fraud. Lies and only lies. I Was on high costs from them only until i realised and they apologised but money was returned. The rep in Oxford area is a truly person to be avoided doing bussiness with.
