Disrespectful Klantenservice

My package was send back to BCC because DHL could not find my address and after 8 days I called BCC asking more details and an estimative of how many days the cancelling process and refund would take so I could buy the product again, I still need it.
In reality I felt disrespected, I was barely listened and also called "queen" after I asked to be listened. I'm not a Queen, I'm a unhappy client and BCC should the interested on listing and helping me.

Name calling is childish behaviour, and is definitely something we should not be doing. Sorry for that, and sorry for the delay.

Indeed, if you ask us for help, we should provide it. We have asked the department that handles return packages what the holdup is and when we can expect the return to be processed. We hope to send you the results by email, today or tomorrow.
