I’m very sorry to hear about your disappointment. You had recently emailed us regarding the upcoming September price increase, and we explained that this is unfortunately outside of our control, as it is due to manufacturer changes. We are doing our very best to keep prices as affordable as possible for our patients.

I can also confirm that your last order with us was placed more than four months ago and was processed correctly and dispatched swiftly.

AVOID

This company are trying not to pay us compensation for our delayed flight(36 hours 40 minutes) They apparently can’t find our booking even though I have emailed our e-tickets and all correspondence about the delayed flight AVOID I have spent thousands with Tui over the years I will never fly with them again

Do not book with Tui

Do not book with Tui No customer service Nobody to speak with on the phone Nobody answering emails
They cannot find us on a delayed flight apparently if they do mot know who is on there planes they have serious problems I will never use Tui again

if you have not already done so- please pop all your booking details, along with the passengers details you are wishing to claim via email to us at claims.flightdelay@tui.co.uk

Just so you are aware, you may receive an automated response advising to claim again via the form - you can be assured the team will be able to see your attempts of this and will be in touch via email with the outcome of your claim.
