Changes content of the trip after booking and paying

We booked an all inclusive vacation for a fixed price. We even have screenshots to prove what we selected and for which price. After the payment we got a confirmation for a vacation only including the breakfast. This is due to a mistake in their system. Even though we have evidence they are not willing to give is the all inclusive vacation at the price we booked it at. These people are scammers.

Bad customer service

I bought a ticket from Brussels to Punta Cana. I was excited to get on board. When about to get into the aeroplane, the staff stopped me to weigh my bag. It was 2kg over the allowed. No problems about that, and I was OK to pay the amount. But the entire customer service was bad. The staff (3 people) who were doing the control were very rude and they seemed in a bad mood. Not great experience for those going on holidays. Then, they forced me to dispatch the bag. I was so uncomfortable with everything that I agreed. I wasn't prepared not to take the bag with me. As in, getting in Punta Cana, my bag wasn't in the belt. The worst part was that I realised my laptop was inside the dispatched bag. Everything was fast. They took 2 days to return my bag. My table mat was lost on the way.
The experience was a nightmare, as I had to spend 2h in the airport trying to sort out the claim, and then after, I didn't have any follow up. All given numbers didn't work. After several calls, I finally got the right people to talk to.

Fortunately, my laptop is working, but with many external marks. I tried a compensation for my bad experience, and even that is badly communicated. After talking to several people, I finally got a final reply: they only compensate the expenses I had because of the baggage delay. As I fortunately had none, the only thing that makes peace of mind is complaining about this to the world. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - if you can, avoid the company.

Tui guests get weighed at hotel!

Tui guests get weighed at hotel! In front of other guests! TUI took my booking and did not tell me in front of other guests my teenage daughters would weighed in front of other guests before using waterslides! This imformation is not given regarding the hotel either at time of booking ! TUI have lied totally when they took my money for the jungle aqua park hotel hurghada . There is no lazy river, no wave pool, teenage girls get weighed in front of other guests, a bungalow sleeps 5 but they make you book 2 bungalows! TUI are liers and don’t care once you place your booking!

Its good.

Its a pretty good airline, pretty goed for the price but the only bad thing was the turbulence. The leg room was okay. Its overall pretty goed for the price

TUI Belgium changed paid reserved plane seats

TUI Belgium changed 2 days before our departure our paid reserved plane seats. Reason operational but it is no change in plane configuration.
We paid for 2 seats to be seated together , and they changed in 2 different seats , on 2 different rows. And they said they can't do anything to recover our paid seats. No respect for clients who wanted to go relax on vacation!

Unreliable Rental Experience

And we are still waiting for our deposit since July, having called and emailed multiple times. (pierre & vacance, 32 Rue de la Siagne Prolongée, Mandelieu-la-Napoule). The contact has been terrible, and doing this to many tenants is quite profitable for them. I understand that tenants eventually think, "Forget it, too much hassle." In our case, €400 is not something I’ll let go of, and I will keep pursuing it. So don’t book a vacation here!!!

We have previously submitted the complaint to Tui BE, but unfortunately we still haven't received a response from them.

After filling out online travel delay…

After filling out online travel delay compensation form on line 5 times now nothing as been done. Flight was delayed a total of 38 hours to prove it from Tui, and still waiting for my compensation. Cancelled twice flight tom cancun to Birmingham should have laneded at Manchester but pilot informed us needed plane at Birmingham nice extra 2 hours onto our travel home. Tui you need to sort all these claims out. Don’t hear anything be doing it private.

Severe delays and poor service

Our experience with TUI has been extremely disappointing. Flight TB3244 was severely delayed, on 23/07 departing late in the evening instead of noon, and arriving in Brussels rather than Antwerp. We also faced a delay on our outbound flight a week earlier, arriving a day late. Overall, poor service and reliability.

The airline can take a premium price for the flight ticket but refuses to compensate when their service is unreliable and inhumane.

I can not recommend anyone to use this airline anymore.

Worst experience

Horrible experience!

When we left on our holiday we left with a delay of 40 min, then they tell us they don’t have enough fuel and that they have to stop somewhere to refuel before we can fly to our destination we lost a total of 3hours because of this. We were supposed to arrive with time to spend our day which wasn’t the case in the end because of this we lost 1 day of holiday after only arriving at the hotel at 18 instead of 13.

On the way back to Belgium we get a message at 2am (when everyone is sleeping of course how convenient) that our flight for today has been delayed by 2 hours, but we still have to come check in at the normal time. Once we at the airport we learn from a message that the flight has been further delayed for another 4 hours. At the check In desk they knew very well about all of this but didn’t tell us a thing. We get later a message telling us we can eat for free at popeyes from 13-14:30. I go to popeyes and get told by the unhelpful guy from the check In desk that we can only select 1 thing from the menu. I tell him for health reason I can’t eat this. “This is not my problem, take it up with customer service”: the guy replies. I reply that there is no free wifi in this airport how must I take it up with someone when there is nobody to talk to but you. He gave me the same answer.

You would have thought that maybe they will give you a free drink on the flight for your troubles, well nope! Only if you had the inclusive deluxe, otherwise you had to pay for your drinks and food on the flight. Not only that our flight landed in a different city then it should’ve from the start so we had to catch a bus back to the city. This all made the time we got home already well after 1am. Mind you that we had to land at 5pm in the right city!

IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? WE PAY FOR A FLIGHT A SERVICE AND TRUST THEM THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF US. UTTERLY DISGUSTED BY THIS SITUATION, NOW STUCK IN AN AIRPORT WITH NO WIFI OVERPRICED FOOD FOR MORE THAN 6 HOURS. NOBODY BOTHERS TO COME AND GIVE US AN EXPLANATION CHECK ON US OR TELL US HOW WE BEING COMPENSATED. SO DISGUSTING THE WAY WE GOT LOOKED AFTER THEY SHOULD REALLY BE EMBARRASSED OF HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS!!!!!

DON’T FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE!!!! REALLY REALLY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!

rude checkin and no assistance from the TUI crew at the airport TB2331 !
They (@aviapartner) took the cabin luggage of my daughter (4 years old) pretending there is no enough space on the airplane and they sent it cargo(without any charge)! It would fit to the sizer as it’s smaller than the standard cabin luggage but she wouldn’t listen! She
I went to the TUI office just after the drop off they said that there is nothing they could do! Just to fill a complaint from a link that I could easily find on TUI website for the check in counter 12.9 (but the link is nowhere to be found!)! So my daughter traveled without her personal items for absolutely no reason!
A cabin luggage that fitted on the sizer and was no more than 8 kilos shouldn’t be sent cargo under any pretexts especially when it’s a child cabin luggage!

2nd horrible and bad experience

2nd, and last bad experience EVER!
Years ago I had a first horrible service when I had to go to the hospital. "Their" hospital didn't accept "Their" insurance, so i had to go to another, private hospital, and stayed in 10 days for kidney stones. 10 days!! for that, just because they didn't get their stuff together and that hospital was leeching of the insurance, on my disadvantage.
Now, years later, after ignoring them as the PLAGUE for years, my girlfriend convinced me to try them again as she found a good deal... We even PAID extra for quick check-in, glass of Champaign at departure, food, and extra luggage weight... but, I do need to take a CPAP machine with me these days... we had to go trough some weird procedure where they wanted all sizes and weight of the device (NEVER had to do this ANYWHERE), and now this weight goes OFF of my hand Luggage. Then WHY TF did I even go trough this procedure? This is a medical device, and TUI says FU to people with medical conditions apparently. They did years ago, and they do so now. This is the second time, and definitely the last EVER, and I will continue to tell the world what a disgrace of a company they are. I will cost them much more than they have made on the 160 surplus that we paid. (the device MUST go in cabin by hospital regulations) They should be ashamed, and karma will get each and every one of these people that invented this disgrace of a procedure.

Samantha Graat

Samantha Graat , who works for the dutch line, and is training to be an agent should not be dealing with people. I have seen her psychological state, and as a fellow employee and trained psychologist her behaviour exhibit vey concerning manipulative and sociopathic tendencies. Bullying, unchained emotional reactions at work, lying to others and team leads, homewrecking ( leave the guy with the 1 yr old child alone!), and intimidation is not a character trait of a well adjusted person who should work with people in NEED. Nor in the public sector.
Her behaviour was documented, and they didn't do anything about it.

Never use tui if you don't want to lose your money.
Still waiting for a refund for a holiday they cancelled!
Never book with Tui!
I'm talking about tui Romania Park Lake Center.
It has exceeded the deadline in which it was supposed to return the money and do not give us any information about the date we will receive it

Coral Sea Sensatori Sharm El Sheikh

This was the first time that we booked are holiday in this resort , and what is this is a great place to spend your holiday, don't hesitate to book this hotel. Fantastic staff, beautiful and good rooms, a buffet where everyone can find something, in short, a place to come back.

The staff at the pool, the rooms, the reception and the beach all do their utmost to pamper you and give you a wonderful holiday. I am confined to a wheelchair and yet they managed to give me a beautiful, pleasant but above all a surprising snorkeling time. Samy Ghomin and Achmed Hadota pushed me with the wheelchair through the sand to the end of the pier and once there I put on the life jacket and Samy Ghomin took me for more than half an hour in the water where it is so beautiful to stay. I never thought I would experience this again, every day they were ready to help me into the pool.

In short, thank you to the entire staff for giving us a beautiful and unforgettable holiday, and we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Also a nice appreciation for the agency Sun tours travel in Avelgem who arranged everything for us which was not easy. So a 10 out of 10 for this travel agency.

AVOID

This company are trying not to pay us compensation for our delayed flight(36 hours 40 minutes) They apparently can’t find our booking even though I have emailed our e-tickets and all correspondence about the delayed flight AVOID I have spent thousands with Tui over the years I will never fly with them again
