I went to BCC Gelderlandplein, not in Schiphol. I asked for an adaptor to plug into a socket and as output two USB-C. The clerk hands me an adaptor, but the two outputs on the image on the box didn't seem to me they were USB-C. I hand it back to him asking about the image and expressing my doubts. Fast and carelessly he hands it to me (there were no other customers) confirming it was USB-C. Exiting the door I open the box straight away and I see that the adaptor didn't have USB-C. I go back after a minute confronting the clerk and remembering him how I had doubts and asked it twice. I am offered a plug with a single output USB-C (now you know it?) but it's the last thing i need, I have a lot, it's the sockets that are not enough. I don't need to buy a TV. I am opposed that for the house rules the merchandise cannot be refunded once opened. My dear BCC, the internal rules in this case have nothing to do with it: you made a mistake, I asked twice, you don't even check? You made it and you should pay for it. It'scalled decency. I feel cheated. I also live a few hudred meters from the place, I will talk about your shop. Shame on you.
