AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Unless you have a pair of wellies to hand, a four wheel drive and plenty of time on your hands, avoid this company at all costs.
After leaving our car in what can only be described as a mud bath, we were then taken to the airport in the 21 year old (very dirty) company vehicle. On return, numerous phone calls and just the one hour wait the filthy minibus turned up. Another 40 minutes and we’re back at the swamp.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.

AVOID!!! USE MASTERBUILD OR M&J

Have used on and off for a few years now.. this morning my son and I were dealt with and spoken to disgustingly. Firstly, we were left at the counter whilst the salesperson went and sulked in his office (because we asked for a written quote) and secondly was rude, abusive, and very negative when we asked to be served again. Reported to customer service as I’m sure cctv capture his attitude towards us but no reply

Update:
After 2 weeks we have had no information from yourself, however after looking up the surname I can see there was a recent order placed and collected at the beginning of November by someone with the same surname.
After talking to the member of staff that processed this order, their view was very different and when speaking to the management it was reported that the member of staff had already flagged with them a customer who had been rude, flippant and genuinely hostile towards them. With the comments of ‘ I am not paying that, I will go buy it at Masterbuild’ to which they accepted your statement that you will not be continuing the transaction and returned to other duties.
Clearly your statement here of asked to be served again is when you realised your bluff had been called, and potentially why the attitude displayed to the member of staff was so hostile. The fact that the sale was processed at all is a complement to the member of staff, who would have been in their rights to refuse service (as we do not accept hostility or abuse towards members of staff).
The fact that the sale was completed, and you did not purchase elsewhere also shows that the comments made are somewhat off the mark as to being abusive as I am sure if that were the case neither party would have completed the transaction. The fat that it was not done with a smile given there was obviously tensions created is simply a human trait when put into an unnecessary stressful scenario.
I can also see that there have been 8 orders in the last 2 years, so clearly the service has not been as terrible as claimed. I will of course put notes on the system that for future orders you are to enter out your own order forms so that no future unnecessary tensions are created, or you can order in advance online if you prefer.

I am not familiar with M&J but Masterbuild are a nice family firm on the Medway Estate, so I am sure they will be great for you to deal with, and we wish you all the best for Christmas and the new year.

Disconnected smoke detectors?

As a party of 4 families with 4 separate rooms, LOVE HOLIDAYS don’t seem to care about the cockroach infested filthy hotel they have put us in (Seralago suites Kissimee) The disconnected fire alarms and smoke detectors were the last straw for us. We have had to checkin to other hotels at our expense. LOVE HOLIDAYS should inspect their hotels before selling them to hard working holidaymakers.
