Avoid at all costs
I have been dealing with Read Motor Group for almost 6 months now whilst they try and fix a car that is less than 4 years old. The car has been with Matt Taylor at the branch in Derby for 6 months, and he/his team have been completely unable to fix it. The branch also does not proactively try and fix it or provide me with any updates - they only act when chased constantly (literally you have to chase them daily for tiny updates that tell you they still haven't managed to fix it). If you call them, the line just ring out. They've offered no other option than to just wait indefinitely which is completely unacceptable. I'll never deal with this company again and I suggest everyone else stays well clear (especially the Derby Branch)
