Love the products but membership is kind of tricky

So I saw an advert saying leggings 2 for £11 on Instagram which came under the Black Friday deal but none the less after I purchased I was signed up for a membership which costs around £60 a month or you can ‘skip the month’ but I will probably forget to log in to do so. I eventually decided to contact customer services to remove my memebership which anna did very well for me. The only issue is that the membership does not get removed straight away, it has 30 days left so you will still need to pay £60 for the next month or have to log in and ‘skip the month’. I have made a reminder to log in and skip it as I don’t wish to pay any money for a VIP account I don’t wish to have lol.

bought picture frames but came smashed so we’re clearly not packaged very well. Hope the range sort this out as have messaged but no reply yet.
