Fantastic customer service
I'm very happy with my choice to go with Cardnet. I got a good deal and the support has been excellent.
Plus It made sense as I already do my banking with Lloyds. The card payment terminal is very easy to use and has worked perfectly so far.
Kieran Banks deserves special mention for providing great customer service. He's always been there whenever I have needed advice or support without being pushy. So many companies seem to forget you once your signed up but my experience has been great throughout.
I was concerned that the PCI compliance (I went with the free diy option) would be a chore but the support I was given to fill in the correct forms etc. made it not too difficult.
