The customer support is a joke. Bad lazy drivers are frequent and not dealt with

The customer support is a joke. Take any other courier service and how they make a bit more of an effort when they actually mess up. Not only can't you get through to an actual human without faffing around downloading their app and waiting they are actually unable to really do anything. Had a driver fail to reach me because he's what 2 streets across? Taking a picture of my house from that far doesn't show as an attempt to deliver. He didn’t come to my gate or door and I have had other delivery couriers come to my door no issue even other DPD the issue here is he clearly did not do his job properly and I have to sit around and wait 3 days for the order to be sent out again can't go to the warehouse to pick it up myself they won't let me can't go to a drop off point to get it they won't do anything till that 3rd day they try to send it. Hope to never have that driver come by my area again but I'm sure he will..

Enjoy the classes

Enjoy the classes, whilst they book up fast its still manageable to book some classes and I've had some friendly gym members also correct me on needing to adjust the cycle during one of my classes which I was glad for

Fast customer service through email

Had a minor issue setting up loyalty card was expecting it to be a pain in the neck but email was replied to quickly and issue was sorted.
