I have had delivered 2 items from DSV on 2 separate dates.
2024-04-18 A microwave oven, the driver delivered to the apartment door without any problems, however the time scale could have been better 2 hours slot instead of the whole day slot, however this was a Sunday so not being too harsh.
2024-04-10 Emma mattress bundle containing 4 packages, this was much better than the 1st delivery, I had to postpone the delivery by 7 days because not being in Sweden the helpline lady was very helpful & no problems encountered. The delivery schedule was a 2 hour slot much better than before, the driver called 30 minutes before to ensure I was home & delivered 15 minutes into the slot to the apartment door fantastic in my view, would highly recommend.

Purchased a dishwasher £1600 2024-05-04, Dishwasher was delivered & installed defective, the installation engineer & Currys have said we delivered & installed this product 2024-05-10, now is your problem.
Telephone & web help are worse than useless.
trying to return a dishwasher within the 30 day period so far a gimmick because no product packaging is available because this was removed by Currys date of writing 2024-05-15 off to the store in Rochester now.

Rochester Curry's store staff are & were fantastic, couldn't believe the problems we were having & 100% agreed that this dishwasher should have been removed when installed, they have sorted out a full refund & collection of the defective product less than 24 hours later fantastic, is a shame you can't rate the store staff because they would get 5* however the online customer service pulls the ratings down to 0* so I will upgrade to 3* just because the store staff did such a fantastic job.

Currys please take note!!

Hiya, placed an order 27th March, delivery 3rd April to 10th April, is close to 12th April, order still says progressed no further updates.
All discounts not received 5% code didn't work, didn't get 3% subscription discount.
Yes I entered an incorrect email address but seems impossible to correct.
I personally hope this mattress is worth the hype because currently & unfortunately it feels more like a scam.

Responded to the email from Emma representative Jacob, with details requested no further action from Emma, therefore still very poor customer relations.
still no 3% discount for the subscription, however I do receive many promotions from Emma's sales team.
The order was delivered 2024-05-10, the delivery company DSV were fantastic & very helpful 5* to them.
Have now been sleeping on the new mattress for 5 nights, the mattress & topper are ok, not the best & i certainly would not recommend an Emma mattress to my friends & family.
changed from a 1* to 3* because this product I feel in nothing special for the high price.

Safe & secure for both landlord & tenant but had difficulty when ending the contract to contract someone to help with the situation

Unable to open the box & collect the package. Will ask future deliveries not to use this company
