Not following the rule

The delivery guy did not want the follow the rule that he should call 30 minutes before arriving. And he was threatening that he will leave in 1 minute if I did not arrive there.
Horrible experience. I would give zero points out of five.
If you can, avoid this company and its employee.

I have had delivered 2 items from DSV…

I have had delivered 2 items from DSV on 2 separate dates.
2024-04-18 A microwave oven, the driver delivered to the apartment door without any problems, however the time scale could have been better 2 hours slot instead of the whole day slot, however this was a Sunday so not being too harsh.
2024-04-10 Emma mattress bundle containing 4 packages, this was much better than the 1st delivery, I had to postpone the delivery by 7 days because not being in Sweden the helpline lady was very helpful & no problems encountered. The delivery schedule was a 2 hour slot much better than before, the driver called 30 minutes before to ensure I was home & delivered 15 minutes into the slot to the apartment door fantastic in my view, would highly recommend.

Behavior and delivery time

We expected a 160x50 cm mirror delivery last Friday from DSV and delivery time was between 9 to 13.
I had an important meeting at my office at 14:00 but decided to be at home for delivery.
Around 12:30 some one from DSV contacted told me there will be a delay and they are not sure when it will be at my place. I had to go for the meeting so I left my wife alone with the situation.
We also had a dinner invitation so we were running out of time with being home.
Around 16:00 a very rude driver called my phone to make sure we are home for delivery and he will be there in 10-15 minutes. Long story short, the driver forced my wife to take a big, heavy and long wooden pallet tighten to the mirror with a lots of plastic around the mirror because he had no cutter to separate them and no time to wait my wife bring one from the apartment!
Now my wife have a huge back pain because she dragged the pallet to the building and eventually inside the apartment on level 3!
Btw, I cancelled the dinner and ran home when I found out the story.
Also it is impossible to contact them to make a complaint.
No wonder 1.8 stars. Their service is a match up

Horrible experience

Horrible experience with this company. They delivered the wrong parcel which was a heavy piece of furniture of 100 kg.
Then when I booked a return with them on a specific day and stayed home from work they didn't show up. I spoke to customer service and they promised me the next day but again, they didn't show up. I demanded to speak to management but was told they could not give me that information (!) I have googled contact information for management and asked for reimbursement but I am guessing that any type of management that can't be referred to and hides behind customer services will not even answer my complaint.
Very dodgy company, I will never have my things delivered by them again.
