Review of Earful
I was anxious before appointment. Gill was absolutely amazing. She was calm, friendly and professional. Gill explained the whole process of ear wax removal and explained how the ear works. A lovely trainee was present and Gill displayed knowledge/experience. I felt relaxed and in safe hands. 0 pain, 0 discomfort and I would definitely recommend Gill. My friend who came with me also received a complimentary ear wax removal check (she didn’t need it) and we both agreed, both Gill and trainee were really good.
